• Piece: one roll, one packet, one bottle. Retail.
• Outer or packet: a sealed group of pieces, such as an outer of toilet rolls or a packet of 100 cups.
• Carton, box or bale: the full unit as it comes from the factory, such as an 18s bale of serviettes or a box of sachets.

Each step up costs less per piece. Shops buying to resell usually buy bales and cartons; offices and households often buy outers.

Who buys from us

Our customers are hotels, lodges, restaurants, cafés, schools, offices, bakeries, kiosks and supermarkets in Nakuru and the towns around it, plus households buying in bulk. Many order every week on WhatsApp and have it delivered.
