Orders
An order sent through the website, WhatsApp or phone is a request. It becomes a sale once we confirm it, after checking stock and the quantity you want. If something is short, we will tell you and agree a replacement, a smaller quantity or removal from the order.
Prices
We do not publish prices online because stock and supplier prices change quickly. The price is the one we confirm to you before payment or dispatch, and it depends on whether you buy by the piece, outer, carton or bale. Prices include VAT where it applies.
Payment
- Cash or M-Pesa at the shop or on delivery.
- M-Pesa in advance: send the payment and give us the confirmation code. Goods are released once the payment has been checked.
- Monthly or weekly accounts are available to regular business customers by written agreement only, and are payable on the terms agreed.
Delivery and collection
You can collect from our shop at Pinkam House, Ground Floor, Horo Drive, Nakuru, or join one of our delivery routes. See the Delivery & returns page for routes, couriers and what to do if something arrives wrong.
Ownership and risk
Goods become yours once they are paid for in full. Responsibility for them passes to you when they are handed to you, your representative, or a courier you chose.
Returns
Our returns rules are set out on the Delivery & returns page and form part of these terms. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2012.
Product information
Product photos and descriptions on this website are a guide. Packaging can change between batches. If what you receive is not what you ordered, tell us and we will put it right.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. If we cannot resolve a disagreement between us, it will be decided by the courts of Kenya.
